Acclaimed as one of the best tea producers in India, the Temi Tea Garden is the only estate in the tiny Himalayan kingdom of Sikkim. It produces rare high-grown teas, similar to neighboring Darjeeling, but from distinctly younger bushes. The gorgeous looking leaves deliver a refined golden liquor with hints of ripe fruits.

Sikkim is an exceptional tea in a region that produces some of the most prized teas in the world. A unique climate at altitude and rich, loamy soils produce a flavour similar to the very best Darjeelings, with noticeably refined spice notes. Neatly twisted leaves yield an aromatic topaz liquor with hints of summer peaches, lingering fruity tones and a trace of characteristic Himalayan astringency.
A 95 gram pack produces 63 cups at 3 grams per cup. The tea can be infused twice.
Refined Peachy Sophisticated
Infuse one rounded teaspoon per cup for 3-4 mins in water just reaching the boil (95-98°C). Can be drunk black or with a little milk, and goes well with afternoon tea or breakfast.
