Fergusons Ceylon
Black TeaClassic black tea from the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, in colonial times known as Ceylon and still used to describe the teas. Inspired by Ferguson's journal a documented history of the island (originally published in 1859), we have searched far and wide across the island to bring you the best Ceylon black tea. Ceylon tea is bright and lively, medium body and delightfully tangy, best drunk balck and perfect for afternoon tea.
"If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you."

Golden Monk
Black TeaComplex full flavour large clonal leaf tea from the small boutique Arya Tea garden. Planted at the highest point on the estate, at an altitude of 1820 meters, as one of the highest estates in Darjeeling the bushes grow slower, producing less tea per plant each season. The result, a rich full flavour tea with notably none of the classic Darjeeling astringency but a much sweeter taste extravaganza, a flavoursome red cup with smooth chocolate velvet notes.
"Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent."

White Monkey
Green TeaGrown on Wuyi Mountain in Fujian, China, this unusually light one bud and two leaves green tea derives its name from the way its leaves look like monkeys paws. Plucked and processed entirely by hand, it is fresh, mellow, sweet and fragrant. The name White Monkey (also known as Snow Jade rabbit) draws on the fuzzy streaks of down on the leaves, akin to monkey paws and legends of monks who used to train monkeys to picked the toppest leaves from the massive tea trees that used to grow wild in the region.
