Not only for Japanse tea, this teapot is an ecletic addition to any teaparty!

Place one teaspoon of tea (3g) and approximately 150-200ml water, per serving in teapot. For green or white teas allow water to stand 3 minutes off the boil before adding the tea, for Darjeeling 1 minute and for Ceylon black tea water just off the boil.

Allow tea to infuse for at most 3 minutes and remove the tea infuser from the water.
